REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

At Tony Odisho Extensions, we strive to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. While we make every effort to accurately display swatch colors on our website, please be aware that variations in monitor settings may affect the appearance of the colors.

To ensure customer satisfaction, we are pleased to offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for all hair extensions and select products purchased from our website. In order to qualify for returns, exchanges, or in-store credit, items must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and untampered with.

We value our customers and want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Tony Odisho Extensions.

In compliance with Illinois state law and health regulations, Tony Odisho does not accept returns or exchanges on opened products. Our commitment to hygiene and public safety is paramount, and we prioritize the well-being of all our clients.

If your item is open and defective Tony Odisho will gladly offer a replacement in the rare case of a manufacturer’s defect. Should you believe a product to be defective, please contact us at (773) 293-3625 within 30 days of purchase so that we can find a suitable solution.

 

Returns or Exchanges within 30 days

Any returns or exchanges made within 30 days of purchase will be eligible for a full refund to your original payment method or can be exchanged for a different item, as long as the product has not been used, opened, or tampered with, and is still in its original packaging.

Returns or Exchange Policy For Styling or Extension Tools

Tony Odisho offers FREE replacements for any styling or extension tools that are damaged or defective, as long as the order can be verified within 12 months of the purchase date.

 

Can I receive a full refund or exchange my styling or extension tool?

You may return styling or extension tools for a full refund to your original payment method within 30 days of purchase, provided that the product has not been used, opened, or tampered with, and is still in its original packaging. After the initial 30 days, you are only eligible for in-store credit or an exchange for a different item.

 

How do I go about returning my product(s)?

Once your return has been processed, you will receive an email containing a printable, prepaid return label. Please print the label, package your item, and drop it off at the nearest post office.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS?

In-store pickup

In-Store pickups is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders $100 and up.

Shipping fees

We ship at the following rates.

3 to 4 business days - $10.00

 

 

We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 2:30 PM (CST) Monday through Friday will be shipped out the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that all delivery times and dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, factors such as holidays, postal service delays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect shipping times. Orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends, federal holidays, or during post office closures.
